    Lowes ships me a 40 lb. bag of snow-melt from the Voorehees NJ store, that I'm pretty certain I didn't order! Funny, I was just looking online at 50 LB. bags the day before? I cant remember the last time I bought anything from Lowes online, and my order history still shows zero even after the mystery delivery. I contacted Lowes, explained how I never placed an online order from Lowes. I show NO order history of this transaction in my Lowes account. I was going to just keep the salt, but there's a growing small rub... not only does the order clearly say 50lbs of snow melt which they confirmed, but this order I never placed wasn't even the right weight, I immediately noticed how much smaller the 40lb. bag is from the 50 lb. bag. I wasn't sure how far I was willing to bend-over to make Lowes mistake right. I knew they shorted the order sending a smaller amount than what was paid for. So, after a few too many phone calls to Lowes, after acknowledging Lowes messed up the order, they said theirs nothing in Lowes online delivery policies, that allow the store to make it right. Reminding them I never placed the order, and it's not even the correct amount that's was on the order. Lowes, is telling this new retiree, if you want it corrected I would be responsible to sluup their 40 lb. screwup to the nearest Lowes store for an exchange or refund. After charging me for shipping, that wasn't going to happen, where's any accountability, I don't work for Lowes, it should not be my responsibility to try and correct Lowes mistake. This type of BS reminds me why I only use Amazon for online buying, being a Prime member, I try to never intentionally subject myself to merchants with no accountability and a total disconnect for customer retention or loyalty policies. I noted I was a senior they were instructing to have to physically return the wrong item Lowes sent me. They truly couldn't care less, even at the corporate level, the same limitations existed for what they could do to may their shipping mistake right. They lost this customer for good! Over a few dollars... what a joke!

    Customers beware. We purchased what we thought was going to be an ideal refrigerator and stove. We spent hours searching for the perfect dimensions for our space with the customer service representative who was quite polite. Unfortunately, when everything was delivered, it did not fit the space despite exact measurements. We did not obtain possession of the appliances and contacted the warehouse for a full refund. We were told don’t worry everything will be taken care of only to find out weeks later that the refund was never issued an interest payments on the Lowe’s credit card were accruing. Since then we’ve gone back-and-forth with multiple departments through synchrony Bank, the Lowe’s warehouse, corporate office for Lowe’s, and the store where we purchased the appliances. Two date we have still not resolved the multiple issues of receiving a full refund for appliances that we never obtained possession of. This is more than frustrating and not professional at all. I implore future customers to avoid using Lowe’s credit card and dealing with a nightmare of refunds. Since this experience, we decided to purchase our appliances at Home Depot. The dimensions were right the customer service was friendly and we had no issues with the purchase itself. Again! Just save some time and energy and go to Home Depot or Best Buy. Lowe’s is terrible! The worst experience to date. By the way, if you wanna know how this story ends, we’re still waiting for the warranty department now to issue us a full refund as they are fighting to pro rate or refund for items never received. Lowe’s is too big of a corporation to be nickel and diamond the middleman. My next course of action is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    Couldn:t find any blank single or 3 gang ivory cover plates for exposed electric boxes you would thing they would be a staple . Very disappointed . A wasted drive.😠

    I visited the Lowe’s Voorhees location last night. I was doing some holiday shopping, but I also inquired about some plumbing and fireplace information. Wendell was AMAZING!! The staff at checkout was also super helpful, but I apologize, I did not catch their names. They assisted with my check out, and the gentleman even walked me to my car and helped me load up 5 ⭐️ plus for Wendell and the check out staff!!
