    I went into the store today to look at flooring for my bathroom. Chris came over and asked me questions about what room i need new floor in. i told him I have a 3 year old that always waters down the bathroom during bath time. He pointed me in the right direction and walked me through all the flooring options and what floor to look for when dealing with water. He also showed me other things I may need to make sure the water doesnt get under the flooring. He went out of his way to provide all option and answer all questions I had. My experience at the store was great. I appreciate the great service from Chris.

    Ordered blinds for my entire house, and the process took about six months from start to finish. Unfortunately, there were multiple mistakes with the order, which required me to make several trips to the store and take calls on multiple weekends. It got worse—incorrect blinds were ordered twice, forcing me to return them and wait for new deliveries. While the staff was generally helpful, especially Dan, my experience with the store manager, TJ, was extremely disappointing. Despite repeated attempts to reach him—visiting the store, leaving messages with other managers, calling several times, and waiting on hold—I never received a call back. Each time, I was told he would contact me within a day, but nothing happened. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. A store manager should be willing to address customer concerns, and TJ’s refusal to do so suggests a need for retraining. It’s a shame because this Lowe’s is close to my home, but after this experience, I’ll be switching to Home Depot and Ace. Truly disappointed by the absence of service and care from TJ. I will raise the concerns to corporate to ensure they are fixed.

    Our experience with Dan and his team has been such a breath of fresh air. We have had quite the journey in regards to replacing the front door of our home. It was evident the first time I spoke to Dan that we were in the most professional and capable of hands. His thoroughness, attention to detail, genuine willingness to help and expert knowledge truly gave us the peace of mind we had been seeking for such a big investment. Looking forward to sharing a pic once it’s installed! Thank you again.
