  I switched from CubeSmart to extra space and could not be happier all around. The units are nicer, the prices are significantly cheaper and the customer service has been great. Matt is so helpful and nice. Highly recommend extra space storage!

  Clean facility and very helpful staff. After a bit of confusion and referral to an alternate location on previous phone calls a few months ago, today the staff (Mike at the regional office) offered a creative solution for my situation: I needed a combination lock, rather than a keyed lock, because several family members must be able to access the unit, but the Voorhees facility only has cyclinder/keyed locks. The solution was a combination lockbox that holds a key! Voila! Right now the main loading dock is inaccessible, but I'm hopeful it will be repaired by the time we need to move the majority of furniture/boxes. If not, the staff (Morgan) said they'd do everything in their power to help us unload our stuff at an alternate entrance. Very professional so far!!

  I can’t say enough great things about the experience my mom had at Extra Space Storage in Voorhees, NJ. After my father’s passing and the very emotional sale of her home, she needed a place to store many of her belongings, and Matt, the store manager, went above and beyond to help her during a very difficult time. Matt spent a lot of time with her, patiently walking her through the options and helping her find the perfect unit to accommodate everything she needed to store. He was incredibly personable, caring, thorough, and responsive throughout the entire process. On top of that, he was able to give her a very good price, which really meant a lot. It was clear that Matt genuinely cared about making sure she felt comfortable and taken care of, and that level of kindness and customer service is rare these days. The facility itself is also excellent…very clean, safe, and secure, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Thank you, Matt, for taking such great care of my mom during such an emotional transition. We truly appreciate it and highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Voorhees.
