Ernie Williams, our sales rep showed us all mattresses and helped us focus in on what we were going for. He took his time and was extremely patient with us. He explained all the details of each mattress and also how to keep it protected to preserve the warranty. No sneaky sales stuff, this gentleman truly cared about the purchase we were about to make. Our experience was nothing short of excellent!!!! Thank you so very much Ernie Williams. The mattress was delivered today, Monday. We made the purchase Saturday. Quick delivery too!!! We will definitely do business again at R&F. We will absolutely be looking to seek Ernie’s help again.
