Over the past week, I visited the office more than three times with different questions, and each time Eileen and Denise greeted my wife and me with genuine smiles and uplifting energy. It was only later that I learned Eileen has been in this industry for 7 years and Denise for 11 — their professionalism and warmth truly show. Today, I even lost my unit key right before closing on a Saturday. I went to the office hoping for help, and without hesitation, they rushed to assist me and solved the problem immediately. Their dedication goes far beyond what anyone could expect. My wife and I feel incredibly fortunate to have met them.
