Mr. Omar was extremely pleasant and professional. He & I was reminiscing about how we were never able to be unkind to anyone. Mr. Omar was the facility's manager and he was very knowledgeable and explained every detailed so that it was clear. The facility was very clean and accessible. I'm impressed by Mr. Omar's direct customer service and I'm glad I chose ExtraSpace Storage.
