    There’s a noticeable difference in customer service between Home Depot and Lowe’s. Unfortunately, at first, I wasn’t receiving any help with my concrete order. I had workers actively working on my backyard and needed 10 more bags right away, but I felt completely unseen. Thankfully, Malicia (I believe that’s her name) stepped in and assisted me every step of the way. She and Jose went above and beyond not only did they make sure I got the correct materials, but they even helped load everything into my car. As someone who’s 5’1” and 124 lbs, that extra help meant a lot! Please train more staff to be like Malicia and Jose they were true lifesavers and the only reason I will continue to order from Lowe’s. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference!

    I am writing to express my frustration regarding the delay in the delivery of my hood order and the repeated false pickup information I have received. The order should be ready by the 10/17. I ordered on 10/11 in person at the store. Came twice any nobody can tell me where it is and when it will be ready. The delivery has been postponed multiple times, and on two separate occasions, I was informed by the store manager that the item was ready for pickup when it was not. Because of this misinformation, I had to cancel my installer twice, resulting in wasted time and inconvenience. I expected better communication and reliability, especially after making arrangements and scheduling installation based on the information your team provided. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the actual delivery status of my order and provide an accurate timeline for when I can expect it to arrive. Additionally, I request that you review this matter and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs incurred Now I could not even cancel the order because they told me I need to wait for it to be delivered to cancel. Who knows when it would be available when right now they could not even find where it is
