I was asked questions that I didn’t think were pertinent to me just asking for a quote and the total amount that I was told I needed to pay seemed a bit outrageous. Hence, I went back to the drawing board (online) and did a little more research and from there reserved my unit. I know the size I wanted so it was pretty easy. Upon going in to fulfill my reservation the rep whose I believe is Kiara was very attentive. Very knowledgeable and pretty thorough with details. I found she was much easier to talk with than the first rep. The place is very updated. Clean. Smells great even in the elevators 🙂 things were easy and even my friend who came with me said they think They are going to switch storage spaces. Now that’s a win!! Thank you for taking the time to care.
