They got out years of treated pet stains using their huge water tank to clean my rug. They also have clean, pre-owned oriental rugs available for purchase, so if you are looking for a quality rug at a bargain price stop here first!

The owner was very knowledgeable and told me things about the rug I didn't know. He showed me some of the problems that existed in it, but assured me that it was worth cleaning and fixing. The process took about 2 weeks. When I picked it up, the owner showed me the rug and their work well exceeded my expectations. I can't believe how much the rug was transformed - it's really a work of art that I'm enjoying every day.
