She said she had to make changes to the pool information in the system to get the test to work. She changed above ground to in ground. It still didn't work. Then she said we'd have to come back. She said if we came back and our information was wrong to the tell the next employee what she did. Well we're not coming back.

We just bought a home with a pool and she really took the time to explain what we'll need and how to get started. They offer water testing and even tested our old pool paint on the spot, in the store, while we waited. She's really made loyal customers out of us, after the first visit.I'm looking forward to many happy swim season seasons under her guidance.
