However, don't be fooled by initial rates and make sure you take a 6 month contract unless you're positive you'll be out in a month or two. They will raise your rates constantly stating it's based on market need. If you have a unit they have less of, your rate will skyrocket because they'll say demand is high and availability is low. Our rate went from 165.00 to 292.00 over the course of a year. Responding to the facility - We've called for assistance and did receive a one month roll back on a small portion of the increase, but were told there was nothing they could do because the unit is in high demand. Essentially, pay the increase or move out because someone else is waiting to take it.
