  I was a customer of the previous owner for 20 years. He sold out to B Safe. Prices went up. Service declined! Recently (8/23/22) I had an issue with the system. The service tech came out. My alarm key board was broken. NO ONE mentioned it to me or anyone else. So when I went to set the alarm that night is when I found the broken key pad. The service call did not resolve the problem. The alarm was not fixed. The bill was excessive! The alarm goes off nightly! The cops come every time. Now I am fined due to the false alarms. I called the company on 9/27/22. I spoke to a rude service rep. I told her what was going on and she said its on you! They are NOT responsible for there work... or there lack of.. DO NOT use this company. As of 9/30/22 no one has returned to fix the issue.

  We are SO PLEASED with Ocean Security Systems! EVERYONE who has been in our home is TERRIFIC, professional, courteous and very skilled. We highly recommend this company. The monitoring is fantastic and we truly feel that our well being is a priority with this company...starting with the owner Bill and everyone else who we have encountered.

  As a fellow member of the Ocean County Business Association, I can readily affirm that we are indeed the very best in business in Ocean County. Bill converted my previous ADT security systems at both my home and my office locations. His team is very professional ! They are quick and meticulous at their job leaving the worksite clean as it was when they arrived. Bill has installed security cameras for me that I can view from my smartphone. I can also access and control both security systems from my phone. The response time is shockingly quick !! In the event someone accidentally trips the alarm, I get a call within 15-30 seconds from the monitoring desk. And best of all, my monthly monitoring fees are almost half what I was paying. Thank you Ocean Security.

  Ocean Security did an amazing job with installing my home security system. They also installed 5 High Definition Security cameras around all sides of my house and pool area. Very very clean job. The best part about it was the price was very reasonable and the central monitoring monthly fee is very low. So with that, I hired the same firm to install my Security for my Commercial building. They did my normal burglar alarm and installed our fire suppression alarm system. And once again the price was amazing and the central monitoring for our commercial property for burglar and fire is very reasonable and the best around. It seems to me that this firm wants relationships. Everyone was friendly and professional. I feel I can trust them. That is a huge thing for me.
