What I can say is that my experience with the facility manager, Ace, has always made up for any inconvenience or negative experience I have had. Ace goes above and beyond to make sure any negative experience you may encounter becomes a positive one and rectifies any issues that may come about. Thanks Ace for your excellent customer service!

Ace, the branch manager was very understanding and empathetic. In less than two weeks I was pleasantly surprised by a call from Ace informing me that my rate would be lowered to a more manageable price.
