Had to bring up a chart on my phone to educate staff. After weeks and weeks of no follow up called and asked when I would be contacted - got some BS story about they had to speak to someone else and no follow up or call back. Called corporate was told a specialist would call in 24 to 48 hours , no follow-up. Called again and got a level 2 escalation and still no contact from them. Would give them a zero but Google doesn't go that low UPDATE: 9/27/24 The cycle of incompetence runs full steam here. The cover that was dropped off on the 14th and I went for the expedited service for $150 is still sitting in the back and has not been sent out. When I was there the manager couldn't be bothered to take her face out of her phone to assist. When I pick up the cover later today I will be sure to get her attention and let her know how poor a job she is doing.
