I ordered a custom house key on December 22. I received a shipment notification on December 23 with tracking. The last tracking update shows the package departing a UPS facility in Avenel, NJ on December 27, 2025 at 2:08 PM, and it has not moved since. When I contacted the company, I was given the runaround and told to contact UPS. The following day, I received an email stating I was refunded, but I still have not received a clear explanation as to why the package stopped moving or what happened to my key. This was a house key, which is now missing and potentially in anyone’s possession. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely concerning. Customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this kiosk.
