Check out price of a 10x15 unit on the next row and got one for $169 month. Price gouging to the extreme. They know people are screwed as they have items in there so really don’t have much choice. No wonder these things are going up like crazy as I’m sure they can afford to buy up all the land including a small local farm that has been torn down and one of these ugly buildings are there. People should find alternative solutions as I will once this unit goes up.
