  We are new pond owners and simply thrilled with the transformation of our backyard and a section of our front yard, enabled by Mike and his team. Starting virtually with an empty canvas, Mike created his artistic work with a pond, a waterfall, a flagstone patio, a water fountain and beautiful plants to bring it all together! Mike had multiple in person sessions with us before the project began to explain the whole process, plan the location and made us comfortable with what was going to happen. For three weeks we observed the determination and commitment from him and his team moving and placing 20+ tonnes of rocks and stones in 100 degree days, no less. The finished project surpassed our expectations. Mike made sure that the views of the water features from inside the house was just as good as seen from outside. Our neighbor recently commented, "You guys got a home run on every aspect of this project" and the credit for that complement goes entirely to Mike and his hard working crew. He has been very patient in answering our numerous "just one question" before, during and after the project. He was very accommodative with changes in scope when the project was in flight. We will be very happy to recommend the services of Mike’s company to others considering water feature and hardscape projects.

  Mike and his team are true professionals. The design he did of my pond is exceptional and they came when they said they would and they completed it in the 3 days he said they would. I highly recommend Full Service Aquatics for any activity they do.
