I spent about 45 minutes going through the store finding the items I needed for my young 3 kids before a big snow storm comes. I needed these items before the snow came. As I was in line to check out, I realized I left my wallet at home. I asked Patti if she could hold my items for me so that I could go back home and retrieve my wallet and come back. I explained to her that I have 3 young kids at home and it’s very difficult to get back to the store and I’d appreciate it if they could hold my bag with my items and I’d return and get them. I came back 1.5 hours later and Patti had put all my items back on the shelves saying that I did not return within an hour. I didn’t have time to go back and shop for everything again. So, now I don’t have the items I need with an impending storm coming. Shame on Patti and the whole store for not having the grace, compassion, and kindness to help. To be clear, I have never ONCE left a negative review for anything before. But there was not a single nice employee there today. I love the products at Hobby Lobby, but this service couldn’t have been further from Hobby Lobby’s values.
