  Ardie was amazing! Shopping is all about customer service and she made my whole experience so comfortable and easy! And when I told her my price range she kept to it! She is such an asset to your team!! The installers were great too. I wish I could remember their names but they were I. And out in less than 10 min!

  I had a shockingly easy and pleasurable experience with Joey and Destinee at the Springfield store. They were super nice and they were knowledgeable. They said they would fix my blinds FOR FREE. They gave me temporary blinds FOR FREE. This is a customer service model other companies should follow.

  I was in the middle of having some windows replaced in my home and needed to remove some blind treatments and could not remember which clips worked how, anyway after monkeying around and then losing parts of clips I decided to stop in to get new clips and some instruction on properly removing and re- installing clips and blinds. The 2 ladies at the Springfield location , namely Yessinia and Lisa could not have been more helpful and understanding they found some new clips for me and personally showed me how to properly remove and re+ install all my blinds. They made my day! Wonderful ladies, very pleasant and patient. Thanks again Ladies!!!

  I needed to replace my Valance Clips. I entered the store and was greeted by two very courteous staff Arti and Destinee. They did not hesitate to go the extra mile explaining the proper way to install the clips and provided replacement clips. I was truly grateful, since the day before I was struggling to fix my valence problem. Thank you. Peace and Blessings!
