As a returning customer, you’d think same-day delivery—especially for something like topsoil—might be possible. But when I asked, I got a response along the lines of “Are you kidding me? We don’t do same-day.” A bit off-putting, considering they have done same-day for me multiple times in the past. That said, their prices are fair, and I do appreciate the consistent product quality.
