  Although my experience with the sales staff was very dissatisfactory, it was all made up by the person who came to install the blinds. LJ was very understanding, cordial and more than happy to be there and make us happy as well. He truly loves what he does and cares for the customers satisfaction. Thank you LJ. Maybe he should be hired to train the sales folks to extend the extra step to provide what the customer needs. It was a pleasure to work with you LJ. Truly an asset to the company.

  Lidiya was so helpful and efficient during my recent visit. I had my children in tow and she recognized that they were getting antsy. She worked quickly and answered all my questions completely. Would highly recommend Lidiya if visiting the Somerville Blinds To Go!

  We had several windows to cover and Lidiya helped us determine what would work best. She identified our needs by asked great questions and made recommendations that fit exactly what we were looking for.

  What a pleasure to walk into a show room and is greeted with a warm smile and eager to help attitude. We have done business with Blinds To Go many moons ago, but our visit with Donnovan Black Jr took our interaction with this company to a new high. He was cheerful, knowledgeable, professional and above all understood our needs and worked tirelessly to show us ONLY the products that will worked for our house. I wish the service industry can replicate this experience since we have encountered many people who do not belong in customer facing role. Donovan Black has restored our faith in customer service and made our trip to Binds to Go in Sommerville NJ a memorable one. Thank you Sam&Carol
