One of your employees, Nick was kind enough to ask me if I needed help loading the large heavy bags in my cart and then proceeded to ask if I needed help loading them into my vehicle which I was very grateful he offered. He went above and beyond and was very helpful and polite.

Very frustrating and disappointing. Where is quality control in the product they sell. Maybe it was hanging on the shelf for too long or warehouse but should not have been sold to the public.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
