    This location offers outstanding customer service every time. TJ sold me a new applicance over the summer and he was the best! Then recently I was having issues with my refrigerator filter and when I came in the buy the part, I happened to ask Israel if he had any theories on why it wasn't working. He looked up my model, and explained to me why and what to do. I replaced the part and it's working perfectly! He truly saved me the cost of a repair man coming out. I will continue to use this location even though I recently moved. It's worth the drive for amazing service.

    We bought a microwave online, it came quickly and exactly as described. We had trouble installing it and set up their installation service, they were kind and quick, they were here maybe 20 minutes, it was great.

    This is far overdue, but TJ from the Sicklerville location provides immaculate service and I’ve been meaning to write him a survey for quite some time now. I was working on a very big project and was a bit frazzled due to the lack of direction that I had as far as what materials were needed. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful with showing me exactly what products I needed, and where to find them and was kind enough to help me bring them out to my car. The level of service was exceptional. He was professional, Kind, and a great worker. A true asset to Lowe’s. He deserves a huge raise and a sizable Christmas bonus. He is a reason I will be a returning customer. Whatever manager is reviewing this, please make sure that my thanks and gratitude gets back to him.

    Went to Lowe's to purchase a new washer, dryer and flooring for the bathroom. In the appliance area, we were helped by Israel and he knew the products plus offered a lot of information so we could choose exactly what we wanted. Did not make us feel like we were a bother and never rushed us. After he made sure we were completely sure of what we wanted, he checked stock but it had to come from another location so he wrote down the numbers we needed and double checked that the dryer plug was the one that was compatible to our plug due to newer homes have a 4 prong not 3 prong. Then we went to flooring since we wanted to replace the bathroom floor and now was perfect since moving out the appliances in the hallway part of bathroom. We looked for a bit and were looking at 3 different color/brands when Benjamin came over to ask if we needed help. We asked him about the flooring and he also knew his stuff in that area. We actually went with one that he suggested and I loved it after seeing it. He went on to get us squared away with how much we would need and then we discussed the moisture barrier that is used in areas that deal with water more than other rooms. He knew exactly where the one we wanted was along with a few other things. Before we were going to check out, he asked if we were loyalty/rewards members which we weren't and Benjamin explained all of that with us so we went for it. That program is definitely worth it since we saved quite a bit of money going with that and want to say a big thank you to Benjamin for asking us! Israel and Benjamin are the kind of people that make this a great place to go since most places barely have one associate, let alone two that were patient, knowledgeable, funny and really cared about what we needed. As long as Lowe's has associates like these 2, we will be customers for everything else we will need. I hope that Benjamin and Israel are told how amazing we found them to be. I'll add photos when washer, dryer and floor are ready, I can't wait for Monday!!
