From the moment we entered, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and thorough walkthrough of all Lovesac has to offer. From the different configurations and fills, to the fabrics and accessories, and don't forget the integrated sound system! So excited to receive our Lovesac and have all that comfort at home.

I was not notified about the delivery the day of. The backs were left in the rain without covering the boxes. For the money I spent, the company should be handling the delivery and the setting up. It’s very complicated. I don’t have time for this. I want a refund or they should send someone to put them together. If there is a zero star I will give it.
