- SPSeth PetraroliJan 4, 20235.0I recently received a table and side table from rh, while both pieces are beautifully made with high quality materials, the side table had a bit a damage; I realized this shortly after the delivery. While it wasn’t terribly large, it still caused a bit of consternation, given how my wife and I spent a decent amount of money; anyway, the customer service team is top notch, A+; specifically, Claudia Peña was able to adroitly and within an extremely short period of time solve the problem. I couldn’t be happier, and she is def an asset to the rh team. Besides solving the problem, she was extremely nice and affable during the whole experience, making me feel comfortable with the whole situation. Thank u so much, Claudia!
