- HKHamsa KhamisJul 1, 20251.0I’m honestly furious. I made more than one lap around the RH showroom at Short Hills and not one person acknowledged me. A woman at the front looked right at me, then went straight back to her phone like I wasn’t even there. No greeting, no offer to help nothing. I made eye contact with all the staff that was working and they all ignored me. For a place that sells $5,000 sofas and calls itself “high-end,” the service was a complete joke. I get better treatment at discount furniture stores. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling all my friends to stay far away. As an interior designer myself, I’ll also make sure none of my clients ever step foot in RH again especially not the one in short hills mall.
