At first, when I decided to enter the store, I had been curious from all of the exposure I had been seeing on TV... but had my skepticism bc of their non conventional couch design. After talking to not only Todd but Gerald, I was able to learn all about the versatility of the couch design, the companies values and environmental efforts as well. I can safely say I am SO excited to try out my new sofa and will be for sure coming back. Overall, the customer service and experience was a solid 10.
