    Always show the respect to the veterans and even provide veteran parking and 10% discount are some of my reasons why I prefer to go to lowes

    I’ve never had issues with Lowe’s until today and I do a lot of Instacart orders so I’m there often, I went in and got the order and long story short short the employee who’s name is ISABELLE was extremely rude helped some guy in line before me and she clearly seen me first but then helped 2 other people and when she came over to help finally after about 10minutes she was very rude and when I went to say to her u know that was extremely rude the way u handles this situation. She turned and walked away and didn’t care if we were saying she just gave us a idc what ur saying look. Never had an experience like that at Lowe’s and I’m their often.

    Flooring department, I was working with Julie the other day. She was quite possibly the most uniformed, confused person I have ever dealt with. I was asking about tile and then hardwood flooring and she was clueless. I understand she was young, but at lesat train your employess in what they are selling. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and was quite rude as well. Please train her properly in product, customer service and personality. If you don't know the product, at least be friendly.

    The manager of this location has HORRIBLE customer service. I was there for Black Friday and received two broken cups in my black Friday bin that were broken. I saw that they were doing another cup giveaway on a different date where I would be on vacation. I asked if she could hold aside 2 for me since the event that I went to my husband and I received broken cups. She stated that she couldn’t do that for me then I wanted to buy one of the displays since that was all that was left and she yet again wouldn’t sell it to me because part on it was broken and even when I asked for it to be discounted and I would take it that way she still said no. I will not be going back to this Lowe’s location. I’ve not only encountered one horrible customer but now two.
