- STS TJul 9, 20243.0First, let me start by stating the staff here (Jakob especially, Christian too), are generally nice, super knowledgeable and why I’ve been their customer for the last few summers since becoming a pool owner– honestly would’ve rated 5/5. My pool has been great thanks so much to their help. Usually come in, get my free water test, follow their instructions and try to be so kind and patient since it’s their busy season. Unfortunately, 7/8/24 was probably THE WORST customer experience I’ve ever had to date and is the reason for this review. To be yelled at by an employee from across the store in front of others was totally unprofessional. His coworker was interrupting him about how to process a return for a product I was incorrectly given the previous day and wasn’t charged for (mistakes happen, I wasn’t even upset). Instead he lashed out at me. Also the store is only open until 6p daily and lately, can only get there after work 15-30 minutes before closing, sorry I can’t get there earlier. If you need more 1:1 time, then maybe implement appointments? Clearly someone needs reeducation in customer service, multitasking and delegation.
