  We recently bought the Tempur-pedic mattress bundle set & Robert at R & F is the person to ask for. Highly recommend! From the moment he approached us, we felt at ease. He took the time to give us details even when we kept on asking the same questions lol & helped us understand our financing options clearly, and made the whole mattress-buying process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his friendly personality—he shared a great laugh with us and created such a comfortable, relaxed environment. It didn’t feel like a typical sales interaction at all. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

  Jhonnatan Torres, was a great sales associate super helpful, explained everything and detail and had great customer service. Answered all questions in detail and would go back to him for any questions regarding furniture and mattress related. He is the go to guy for your home comfort needs.

  "We had an excellent experience! Luis González was wonderful—he showed us many modular sofas and was incredibly patient with my family, even though I was there with my two kids. We loved visiting the Secaucus, NJ store and highly recommend going in person. They have great prices and offers that fit your needs, and the quality is unbeatable. If you go, definitely look for Luis; he is very kind and helpful!"

  I was in the market for a new mattress & bedroom set to redo my bedroom. I had a prior bad experience with Raymour in Elizabeth NJ, but I decided to give it another try. I went into the Secaucus store during a slow time in the middle of the week. I was greeted immediately by Luis who was eager to help me in my search. Luis was patient, informative, and friendly during the entire process. Luis took the time out to help me find the proper mattress by having me try numerous models/makes. During my purchase process Luis and manager Junior made the experience go as smooth as possible. This was a truly wonderful shopping experience compared to the nightmare I faced in Elizabeth. I look forward to me next purchase and dealing with the pleasant staff.

  I would give 0 stars for the lack of customer service from their service department. They sell you protection plans and ghost you when it comes to honoring them. Their number doesn't even work. They never return messages. Very unprofessional. I have tried to get a piece of furniture that stopped working after only 2 years, which is covered under their plan, for over 2 months for reference. They're negligent and frauds. Do yourself a favor and buy furniture from someone else. You can't trust this company anymore.
