I thought maybe it got mixed in with someone else’s items. I was told nope it said you picked it up. Two weeks later I asked again and still the same reply, but today I had the pleasure of meeting Brenda Gomez! I thought let me ask her. She looked up and down and all around and guess what? She found my missing items! I am so grateful and will continue to use @Value Act Cleaners in Saddlebrook NJ. Thank you Brenda for going above and beyond.

On March 4, 2026 at approximately 7:17 AM, the store was still closed even though it was scheduled to be open. This is not the first time this has happened, and it is becoming frustrating for customers who rely on the store opening on time. I hope management can address this issue to ensure the store opens as scheduled in the future.
