They charged me before the service was due. What was supposed to be fixed in an hour (the estimated time they told me) wasn't. It was after 7:30 pm and the locksmith never arrived. There was no follow-up or service updates either; they didn't call, they didn't text, they didn't do anything. The only positive thing was that I canceled the service and they refunded my money.

Besides that wanted to charge me 30$ which I would have paid if he arrived earlier. Worst experience ever. Also the firs person that I spoke with was hard to understand bc of the audio or his way of speaking. Don't call here if you need to open your car for an emergency!!
