  The salesman and team were quick and pleasant until……they weren’t. I have purchased furniture for many rooms around my house for decades, but sadly this item will be my last from Raymour & Flanagan. Dishonest salesmanship is sad. I did NOT even lose hundreds of dollars either. It was just the way they went about it. Take a look at the reviews they comment on. Quick to reply to 5 star reviews!

  My wife and I purchased a beautiful new leather living room set couch, loveseat end tables and TV stand with fireplace Funda, our sales representative, was absolutely fantastic spending lots of time with us helping us to pick out just the perfect items for our living room. We so appreciated her professionalism and great assistance. Thank You Funda. I would absolutely recommend Raymour and Flanagan of Rockaway and I anticipate my sister-in-law brother-in-law will be purchasing their furniture for their New home when it’s built from Funda as well Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience Joe

  My husband and I recently bought a piece of furniture that unfortunately turned out to be defective. After months of frustration, emails and phone calls, two staff members of Raymour and Flanagan, manager Maria Stefanelli and customer service Scott Krepps turned everything that was negative into a positive!! They both were extremely professional, patient and understanding of our feelings and concerns. They answered all our questions, showed us genuine concern and ensured our problem was professionally resolved.

  Christine went above and beyond for us. I originally was looking for a sleeper sofa but didn’t know if it would fit what we already had in our home. She shared several options with us that could work and we ultimately chose the modular sectional so it could work perfectly for our needs. I’m headed for surgery on my ankle in a month and needed something comfortable that I could spend a couple weeks on as my bedroom is up a flight of stairs. Christine was patient, listened to all my ideas and needs and shared some of her own ideas for the best possible fit for us. I’m very grateful for our experience.

  My husband and I are very disappointed with several aspects of the customer service with R&F. When we purchased a loveseat in November on Black Friday we asked if they were able to wait till Feb 01 to deliver and they said yes prior to us completing the purchase. The beginning of January they started calling and texting to tell us the love seat would have to be delivered early or we risk waiting several months to receive it. I didn't realize at the time they didn't get credit for the sale until we took delivery. We accepted delivery the third week of January and it arrive with a broken control screen. I have reached out 3 times for service both online and in store and I only just received an answer that they are waiting on a part to be delivered with no ETA. We did ask about exchanging the love seat all together as we wanted to purchase several other pieces and both the customer care agent and the on-duty manager were very rude in store. We ended up going to another local, family-owned furniture business and spending our $10K budget with that retailer. Bad customer service, no exchanges, horrible communication. Will not purchase from this company again!
