  This company doesn't care about the products they sell to the consumer. I was sold lemons that I've been dealing with for months now trying to get fixed. they claim there have been no complaints but between their bogus return policy and the service department downright lying to my face, they can strong-arm any consumer into not wanting to deal with the ordeal of trying to resolve issues. The technology in my powered recliners is obsolete, over 10 years out of date. I have a 10+ year old phone charger that can charge my phone faster than these garbage products. To be clear, they don't charge my electronics at all and theres nothing that can be done about it. I was told that even after replacement parts arrive, it most likely won't fix my issue. I'd like to address the manufacturer directly but the company who sold them to me hasn't even come through on their end. Do not buy furniture with electronic charging capabilities from this store. they dont care, and won't help resolve the issues with the product. The service technician who came to inspect my chairs told me to my face that they see this issue all the time. He himself even bought a power sofa that cannot charge his electronics. The service department then lied and said they didn't recieve any information worth filing a claim over. I had to call again myself to do so.

  Pathetic customer care- once you buy the item and have some defect , and reach out to customer care they never responds. I bought a sectional - there are some nails in the console, and the usb ports not working after 6 months. Chat service and customer care is just a formality. I don’t believe it even exists. Will recommend not to purchase anything from this brand. Pathetic service post purchase and i believe this is the cheapest quality ever. Things dont work after sometime of purchase
