    The store was good, and our rep Funda was nice. But the customer service for the Protection plan that they brag about so much is a scam at its finest . White glove delivery, but the guys don’t even wait for us to check and review the product and they run out ! We noticed the side hand rests on our recliner was off a bit. 2 days later it kind of came off. And we tried to reach someone, and 2 weeks later some one comes in to say, it’s a faulty piece ! But somehow fixes. No offer to replace or fix the entire thing. But still the recliner seat is not fully snapped in, causing it to wobble. Now again we wait for someone to call us back or work with us ! So far no luck. Not sure how to trust them anymore. Very disappointed

    Ordered a piece of furniture online 3 weeks ago. They took the money but never contacted me for delivery. Nobody answers when you call the 888 number or the local number. I went into the store a week ago and they were supposed to get back to me within a day or two. Still no reply.

    It seems Raymour and Flanigan no longer has great Furniture great service great anything. After spending a pretty penny in Raymour and Flanigan to furnish my living room, dining room, & three bedrooms, Raymour and Flanigan cannot be bothered to answer phone calls cannot be bothered to contact people back. Customer service is terrible and at this point in time Furniture is terrible you are paying just for a name not a quality product. I'm just fed up with it. the repairman that came to my house to repair the furniture was rude. He was the first one out of many that I have had in my house. Give or yake 9 or 10 by the way, to repair these reclining chairs that are garbage. but he was rude and walked out didn't even order the part and here I am stuck with calling Raymour and Flanigan over the hundredth time customer service to a text messaging little app and nothing is getting done. Byers be warned spend your hard earned money where it will be worth it.

    We bought 2 loveseats at your Rockaway Store and Annamarie was such a big help to us. She took the time to answer all of our questions. We would say she’s a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. My next furniture purchase will definitely be from Raymour and Flanagan. Patty McCormick

    Denise is a rockstar! She helped us navigate our platinum protection package (which I highly recommend) and we received a new bed set. Delivery was on time and set up properly. I also must thank Maria, the manager, for helping us with the look, feel and dimensions of our new set. We can’t thank you enough! We love our new set!
