The last 2 orders i placed i gave them over a week past when the order was supposed to be there and they are unable to tell me anything about where the order is or when it will be delivered. Both orders i ended up canceling and getting elsewhere. Secondly, My in store purchases don’t appear on my app even though i used the same email and my Lowe’s credit card. Third: Trying to do returns is a joke. Again even though the purchase appears on my Lowe’s credit card, they refuse to return their own items unless i have the physical receipt that is printed from their register. After tens of thousand of dollars on just this project, the fact that they won’t take my return of 50 bucks is just bad business to me. Home Depot has quickly become my first go to…

I had an an online order I did have a special request at pick up the way we were treated by in store and customer service over the phone was terrible. They even said that they would not release my order because the payment was declined. I had to call off work travel to the store to resolve. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
