The operators would refuse to talk to me, and would transfer me to another line, where I would enter a zip code and the voice back would say “no available technicians” when I had just been told someone was coming to help me. My dog and I stood out in 90 degree heat for two hours and I worried she would get heat stroke. I called J&B Locksmith and he had me in my house in 5 minutes after I waited two hours. For no reason btw! Since they had canceled my service :) Horrible. Unprofessional.
