I brought my power head in for repair after years of improperly using the brush height foot switch. Marty was able to fix it without ordering any new parts and his fee was super reasonable! He also gave me some tips to extend the life of vacuum. Very happy!

We ended up getting a Sebo - they carry both Miele and Sebo, so akin to selling both Mercedes and BMW. Much more knowledgeable than big box stores and no hard sell. Marty even took our old vacuum and gave us extra supplies in return. Love supporting an independent business too. We actually live in Manhattan and glad we shopped here.
