- MCMickey CarneyJan 27, 20261.0I never leave reviews but this was quite literally some of the worst service I have ever had. Was told someone would call me back 5 times and no one did. Was told they would call back about the price, no one did. Called back again. Was then told they canceled my service and if I could just spend $100 more dollars they would help me and then they hung up on me. Called again to restart the process and still never got a call back. Called back again and finally got someone. They said they would be here in an hour. Got a text message he couldn’t come until the next afternoon after well over an hour had already passed. I’ve been dealing with these people since 9am. It’s 9:30pm and I still don’t have a key fab. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Terrible experience. Not worth the hassle they put you through at such a high price point. Quoted me $300 for a new key fab. One is $32 on Amazon. Let that sink in. Highly don’t recommend.
