Since the first sizable snowstorm, I have had no access to my rented space because their snow removal contractor dumped snow directly into my parking spot, trapping my vehicle. When I asked the facility to make the area accessible, I was told that neither the contractor nor the staff is responsible. I am paying for storage that I cannot access. This situation is unacceptable and should have been resolved immediately. Instead, I was told that neither the snow removal company nor the staff could address it due to liability concerns, and that I should shovel it myself or hire someone to remove it on my behalf. ** I cannot reply to the owner's response directly, so I am editing here. I have already reached out multiple times and spoken to three different staff members, including the manager. The manager reiterated that their "nationwide policy" is to not address snow dumped by their own contractors. Her only solution was for me to bring my own shovel and clear the front, side, and back of my vehicle myself. This is not a resolution; it is an acknowledgment that they are comfortable charging for a service (access) that they are actively preventing me from using.

The facility itself is always clean, well lit and you have to appreciate the climate control. Easy to park and easy to get in and out of is always appreciated.
