    I had an absolutely terrible experience with Aptive. A sales representative named Cameron Ritz came to my door and promised me their Pro Plan for $59.99/month. Based on his words, I agreed. However, I later discovered that the contract he had me sign was actually for $100/month. This was completely misleading and dishonest. Since then, Cameron never answers my calls, never responds, and completely disappeared after getting the signature. I have been trying for hours to reach a manager, but no one ever picks up. Customer service agents with heavily broken accents keep telling me “there’s nothing we can do,” and they simply try to brush me off. They also promised me summer-long mosquito protection, which was the main reason I signed up. That never happened. All they did was drop off a small black trap box and leave. My mosquito problem was never solved. Now I am trying to cancel, and of course, no one is helping, no one is responsible, and I have been paying almost double the price I was promised for 6–7 months without even realizing it. This company’s lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service is shocking. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Aptive. Their sales tactics are misleading, their service is ineffective, and their support is nonexistent.

    Jason does a great job and is very thorough! He always takes time yo answer questions when we are home during the treatments! Very pleased with the service and have hada grrat outcome! No ants in sight! Highly recommend Jason and Aptiva!

    Romel was our Aptive tech today. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and more importantly, took his time to treat our property both on the exterior and areas in the home. I identified areas that needed extra attention and he was able to treat them with no issue. We’ve noticed a big difference since we started using Aptive over past 2 years or so.

    If you have a real problem, do not call Aptive. We had a yellow jacket nest underground and I called Aptive because they were open on a weekend and advertised that they were local. I later discovered the business is not local- they sent someone to our home that was very kind, but completely unprepared for the job (no protective gear / tools). Before leaving, he said, “I think I got the queen, but if the bees come back again call me. We keep coming back until the job is done.” This, I assumed, was what I paid for as the “one time service”- about $350 (which is reasonable if they actually complete the task). If I had known Aptive would charge again for returning, I would never have let the man leave until I was sure the bees were gone. The bees recovered within a few hours from the haphazard chemical spray inflicted upon them. Complete waste of money for incompetence. Lesson learned. I called a capable, REAL local company a week later and the problem is solved. They said they receive calls from people all the time who are hoodwinked by Aptive. Stay away.
