- MGMatty G4 days ago1.0Not a fan of the service. They must know it’s garbage, because they lock you into a price based on a multiple year contract. The service and product are such trash I also hired a different company to handle my yard. I can’t wait for my contract to end. DONT BE FOOLED AND DONT SETTLE FOR DOOR TO DOOR DEALS. The product doesn’t deliver, and most of the techs are lazy. I have so much video footage of them doing as little as possible, as fast as possible, I don’t even bother unlocking my back gate when I know they are coming. I also had an incident where a tech broke part of my house, kicked the broken piece away to a harder to see spot, then never said anything. That being said, Aptive did tell ME to get quotes for their system, but I decided to fix the damage out of my own pocket. I had NO FAITH that they would do anything, much less the right thing, MUCH less in a timely fashion.
