This is after the Hamilton one supposedly called to arrange this pickup. The store manager, Alesandra, however was very helpful. However I recommend NEVER WORKING WITH LOWE'S EVER!!!!

After asking an employee who sent me to two aisles, I still couldn’t find it. After this very stressful week, I was on the verge of an emotional breakdown but then came my angel, Shannon. She stood beside me and helped me find the exact nail I needed. It took us a while to find the exact size but she was so patient and kind, while I was on the verge of tears. I really appreciate her kindness, her patience and her perseverance.

- PJPaul R JablonskiJan 29, 20261.0Two years ago, I purchased at Lowe's a GE Range Hood, and they installed it. The hood did not function properly in less than two years. It would only turn off by flipping the circuit breaker. Rather than get it fixed, I replaced it with PC Richard Broan hood. When the PC Richard techs took the GE hood out, although there is an eternal exhaust hood, the Lowe's tech didn't bother to connect the new hood to it. For two years I've been recirculating exhaust, rather than expelling it from the house! Unbeknownst to me, the Lowe's tech took the easy way and didn't bother to install the hood properly with the already installed external exhaust duct work. No longer an appliance customer at Lowe's!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
