    Aly, the store manager is crazy. We had purchased an item that was Already opened.We ended up having to return it. Crazy Aly asked me if I used it. I said I did not. Then she started calling me a liar. And asked me who used it. I told her I don’t know who used it. That’s how you sold it to me and that’s how I’m returning it. Then I asked her who used it. She then said that I am being disrespectful by asking her who previously used it. When she was the one who originally asked that question. So if asking that question is disrespectful. Then she admitted that she is disrespectful. So I’m not really sure why you would hire a store manager that openly admits that they are disrespectful to customers. This lady was then so crazy. She told me she’s not talking to me anymore and sent one of her workers to talk to me. Because she knows she’s a scammer and was scamming.

    Ordered a washer for pick up and it was cancelled 5 minutes from my arrival at the store. I rented a truck and dolly to pick it up but, hey, it's not their money...

    Extremely Disappointed With Lowe’s Appliance Service I recently ordered several appliances from Lowe’s, including a Samsung dishwasher, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. When the dishwasher arrived, it was missing the user manual, the screws, and other essential parts. Because of this, I couldn’t even install it. I’ve now made two trips back to Lowe’s, and all I keep getting is the runaround. I’ve called the warehouse, I’ve called Samsung, and no one seems able to take responsibility or help me get the missing parts. Every person I speak to sends me to someone else, and I’m left with an incomplete appliance that I paid full price for. This has been incredibly disappointing and a huge inconvenience. I expected better customer service and accountability from Lowe’s. At this point, I’m seriously reconsidering ever purchasing appliances from them again.
