    Two years ago, I purchased at Lowe's a GE Range Hood, and they installed it. The hood did not function properly in less than two years. It would only turn off by flipping the circuit breaker. Rather than get it fixed, I replaced it with PC Richard Broan hood. When the PC Richard techs took the GE hood out, although there is an eternal exhaust hood, the Lowe's tech didn't bother to connect the new hood to it. For two years I've been recirculating exhaust, rather than expelling it from the house! Unbeknownst to me, the Lowe's tech took the easy way and didn't bother to install the hood properly with the already installed external exhaust duct work. No longer an appliance customer at Lowe's!

    I went in to purchase a tool box located outside the store that I was told was clearance area in vestibule. Clearly marked price asked for assistance and they came and scanned, said that was not the price. Waited for a while as salesman had to get with manager Ally. Ally said that was not the price!!!! 2 items clearly marked the same. Assistant manager would not honor clearly marked prices!!!! What a joke, never saw this before, clearly marked prices not honored. I've been in this store several times with these 2 items marked this same way. Long time Lowes shopper!!! Bad for your business!

    Myself and my husband shop at Lowe’s frequently in Hamilton, but I happened to be running some other errands nearby so I decided to come visit the Princeton location this past week. When I go to Lowe’s I’m usually prepared, knowing what I want to purchase ahead of time. Unfortunately I was struggling to find the original cabinet hinge I needed to replace online, so I hoped I’d be able to find it in person. When I got there, a kind young man in a blue vest named Logan who was working on the isle offered his assistance. Not only was he able to pin down the exact replacement hinge to a tee of the previous one’s design and color, but he also gave me various other suggestions on how I could restore my original hinge with products Lowe’s also carried if I wanted to. I personally settled on the newer design as the color of the old ones youthful silver look had become incredibly faded. In the end I was able to fix my cabinet door but I was so pleased with not only my experience with the gentleman in blue but every other member of staff who was so kind to me throughout the whole process. Even though it is a smaller store I may have to start shopping here whenever I get the chance!

    Aly, the store manager is crazy. We had purchased an item that was Already opened.We ended up having to return it. Crazy Aly asked me if I used it. I said I did not. Then she started calling me a liar. And asked me who used it. I told her I don’t know who used it. That’s how you sold it to me and that’s how I’m returning it. Then I asked her who used it. She then said that I am being disrespectful by asking her who previously used it. When she was the one who originally asked that question. So if asking that question is disrespectful. Then she admitted that she is disrespectful. So I’m not really sure why you would hire a store manager that openly admits that they are disrespectful to customers. This lady was then so crazy. She told me she’s not talking to me anymore and sent one of her workers to talk to me. Because she knows she’s a scammer and was scamming.
