    Customer service is mediocre at best. It is difficult to get assistance and I didn’t find the associates to be knowledgeable or experience with home improvement projects.

    Better selection of Exterior doors, but not the type we were looking for. No help from staff, was told to call and ask for someone to help on Saturday when they would be in.

    Do not shop for cabinets at the Lowe’s in West Windsor NJ. Unless you want a disingenuous experience. From the moment we met our designer - who resigned shortly after contracting with a vendor to size our kitchen to the repeated request of the manager to respond to us — nothing. From Emily , who went out on medical leave, to Ro who appears to still be in training ( for weeks now), to Ally who assured us that Joe - either the cabinet mgr or the store mgr would call us back the next day. Then repeated visits to the store and repeated phone calls into “Joe” we received no response. Nothing! So unless you are willing to receive this type of response I would bypass this Lowe’s!

    I am a pro member of Lowe’s Today I encountered a situation that I had never experienced before not only Lowe’s across the nation !! I purchased online tools but after 3 weeks tools got discounted then I bought them one more time and decided to return couple tools that I purchased 3 weeks ago since I have another sets of them. When I arrived to return desk , I explained the situation but they tried to refund me for discounted items and I explain the issue to one of the return desk manager and she kept asking me physical receipt (online purchases come with digital receipt! Not physical) Even though I showed her my pro account receipt she refused to refund full amount .The amount of my refund is supposed to be more than she tried to force me to accept . She was saying that the system keeps showing me the last purchases even though I show her my digital copy of purchase! “Then she told me you paid this amount of money (discounted price)why are you asking more than what you paid for ! This is insanely ridiculous that no one (especially pro member) will tried to do that ! I showed her my 2 separate receipt but she didn’t proceed my return and Told me where did you buy it ? Does it matter which Lowe’s I bought the items ? My phone number is clearly showing where , what time , how much I paid for ! Literally poorly trained manager ! I had to take my items to different Lowe’s and they literally returned my full refund that I paid full price in less than 5 minutes ! How Lowe’s have poorly trained manager like her I really don’t understand ! I will never go back to that store again and somebody upper management should take care of this situation!
