    This is my first time shopping AT HOME. I just discovered this business and I will be a customer for life. It’s jammed packed with any and everything for my home. I love that it’s so organized and clean. The staff is very helpful. The prices are amazing, and the products are well made. Planning to come back often with my wife!

    Terrible customer service. An employee yelled at us about closing at 10pm. She followed us around the store reminding us of the closing time, repeatedly. I wasn’t try to overstay but I was exiting with my 1 year old son and apparently we weren’t fast enough for her liking. We did exit before the store closed.

    Overpriced. 3 weeks ago I shopped there and only after shopping was I told the store was closing and there was a no return policy. I went back this week hoping to find some patio furniture on sale for the end of the season since the store was going out of business - and now I’m told the store is not closing and none of the summer seasonal stuff is on sale. Shady. Done with them.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
