From service, with speaking with Heather S. to see if it could be fixed, to Pierre in seeing if it could be fixed to Emily in Sales then Mike for the install! We also needed parts to repair our dryer, and all the employees were wonderful! Their showroom is beautiful! Everyone who works there is professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant. We have Speed Queen washer and dryer which I highly recommend. Our new Bosch dishwasher is great! If you want high quality products and services, look no further!!

Called the saleswoman number the day before delivery to get an idea of delivery time-left a voicemail and my phone number, no response. Received a call on my number from the range installer about time of delivery. They showed up, very rude and unprofessional but they did the install. Was not notified it was a different installer for the micro range. After 4-5 hours called the store about the micro wave and was told by the saleswoman the installer was calling and leaving messages- on the OLD phone number not my phone. How does that happen? Second and last purchase from Art Handlers appliance
- TGTony GalanteDec 16, 20255.0We have a 2 year old JennAire refridgerator/freezer and it recently went dark. JennAire assigned Art Handler to handle the problem. Heather got right to us and got us on the schedule the next day! Anthony, our service tech, called at 9 am and provided us with a window of 10am -noon. He arrived at 10 and quickly diagnosed the problem and told us he would order the necessary replacement parts. Heather contacted us in 2 days to let us know the parts were in and set us up for replacement the next day. Anthony again called, showed up on time and completed the service. An all around excellent job by the Art Handler staff. Thank you. Tony G

The delivery team of James and Lewis were awesome. They were so careful and respectful of our home. We had a little fupah with the microwave, but Mike came back and made everything right! I would highly recommend Art Handler!
