No wonder they have horrible reviews. They sent me a wrong order. Have a photo of the wrong order, and will not refund me or send me the items I actually did order! I am sure like the rest of you, you get multiple orders shipped to your house all the time. I got a small bag of fertilizer and I used it. I was ordering lots of lawn stuff at the time. So when my other order of 80$ never arrived I called and they said it was delivered. When they checked the photo it showed the small bag of fertilizer for like 20-30$. So I said just charge me for the fertilizer and send me my items. No they would not do that. They won’t do it until I return the other order because “they don’t know how much they sent” there is a picture of it? What the hell? So now I can’t get my items or even a refund for the cost difference. So I guess I’m out 50 bucks because of their error. Never again. Don’t even try. Home Depot has better prices and service anyway

The manager greetering at Lowes entrance was cordial, professional and eager to help me find the product that I was shopping for.
Then preceded to walk with me at very large Lowes Piscataway store to where the lawn mower machines are and calmly help me buy an electric mower. After, he went to get a large carte and9 with his help we loaded it into the carte,went to the payment station, and help me carrie the electric mower to the car.
Thank You for mking this buying experience so easy.

Customer service is actually fantastic. The staff is very welcoming and actually want to be helpful. I was very impressed as you don’t see that too often anymore.
3 stars is for the cabinets i ordered for in-store pickup. They came in three boxes. They looked ok at the store but looking closer at home they were completely destroyed. On cabinet had cracks and panel damage, the other cabinet box was wet, and the third cabinet box had a tear in it. I immediately returned to lowes for a refund, which they had no problem doing but was disappointed it was released from the store in this condition. Apparently a sprinkler head went off which got a lot of the products soaked i guess these were affected too. Stinks time was wasted and now i have to find new cabinets.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
