I would have taken him up on that offer, but the price increases without warning was too much. The first increase they said it was a promotional price. The staff was able to lower the price and I accepted the price.Six months later they increase the price 60% without notice again and I was done.

I can understand their desire for my belongings to be secure, but they should not presume I will be using their lock, and charging me for it. Luckily they have a system in place where they will refund the cost of the lock if you return it unopened. Which I did. The facilities seem run down but the roll up doors on the storage unit are in good shape. The units do not have lights in them, but they are wired. Their phone app is wonderful. It would be more helpful if gate access was available till 11pm. (It is only open till 10:00 p.m.)
