  My wife and I came into the store on a random day where our plans fell through and decided to go get an idea for new furniture we might like. Brittany C greeted us as we walked in the door and showed us all the selections Raymour had to offer to fit our preferences. We immediately fell in love with 2 couches but weren’t quite ready to buy then and there. We returned to the store a week later in hopes of working with Brittany and were again taken care of like family. She helped us build our sectional and got us all set up with our down payment. Today…we returned to work with Brittany to finalize the purchase of our sectional and set up delivery. Brittany, and by extension Raymour as a whole) is absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, and took time to work with us to get our selections just right. We will certainly recommend Brittany and the Phillipsburg Raymour to anyone searching for new furniture. If you are looking for a comfortable, friendly, and smooth shopping experience with helpful and knowledgeable people then get to Raymour in Phillipsburg, NJ.

  Absolutely wonderful experience today ! Alex helped our family pick a new sectional couch as well as a dresser for our son ! He listened to all of our needs and requests and got our order coming within the week ! Will definitely be back to work with him again . Thank you so much we will be back again to work with you I'm sure !

  We were shopping for a mattress and the associate, Robyn Overholt was great in helping us choose the best one for us. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions & concerns. We also purchased pillows and we are now looking forward to a great nights sleep. Thank you Robyn for your expertise!

  We were greeted by a very kind saleswoman who asked if she could help us find anything specific. I had come in with an exact description of what I needed, including measurements of the space. She showed us a few options, oriented us to the store space, and then left us to measure on our own and peruse the area. She made herself available throughout our browsing of the showroom, but was not pushy. I felt like my husband and I could have conversations about what we liked and did not like without someone listening in, which was refreshing. We ended up purchasing a sectional and our saleswoman was helpful and attentive right when we needed her to be. I highly recommend this store!

  10/10 experience at this store. I walked in having only a rough idea of what I wanted. Michele offered her assistance and I found the absolute perfect item. Right before I walked in the store I said to myself “I don’t know why I can’t find a couch.” Michele found one for me almost instantaneously and I fell in love with it. If you’re looking for someone extremely knowledgeable without being pushy, Michele is phenomenal!
