I ordered (5) 40lb bags of ice melt to be delivered to my side/back open porch that is right by the driveway. As stated on the purchase order The delivery guy was there delivering to the front porch I told him it specifically instructed it be delivered to the back porch. He refused! He left them on the front porch and told me he doesn’t speak English when he was just speaking English fine with no problem. I called the store to complain since I’m handicapped and have no one to carry the bags to the back for me. I love to shop at this Lowe's store. It is always very neat, clean, well stocked and organized. The staff goes out of their way to assist you, if you need help locating an item. The staff is also always ready, willing and able to guide you, when you have questions and/or concerns about a project. I like the respect and service I receive when shopping here. There is plenty of free parking at this store. It is easily accessible as there are no steps upon entering the store.
