- RSRosemary SINGERSep 8, 20251.0I am very dis-satisfied with the lack of response from Benchmark. My LG refrigerator purchased June 2023 is having compressor and freezer fan issues. LG and Lowes take no responsibility for their lousy products. This is second 3rd part repair company that has ghosted me after I contacted them. I paid $150 for a tech so "look" at my fridge and tell me it was broken. They claimed to order the parts but there has been literally no contact. I have lost so much money on a faulty worthless refrigerator and now more on trying to repair it.

- SBSteven BrennanAug 9, 20231.0Initial meeting went well however that where the professionalism ended. Inspected my appliance, wrote up a receipt with work needed without an estimate. Happily charged me $150 dollars for 35mins of work and left. Reached out multiple time via phone and text message over the course of a week or so asking for an estimate in which I could provide to my insurance company, which I was told will happen after checking availability on replacements parts. Three days later still nothing. A quick google search and I was able to find the factory replacement parts myself, don’t understand what the issue was with finding them. Anyway sounds like this business just makes a profit off of quick 35min service calls, billing you 150 dollars and then ignoring numerous phone calls. Please read the other reviews on here as well stating that they have had the same issues.
