  It was truly a last-minute situation, and I urgently needed my dryer serviced. A friend recommended **Benchmark Appliance**, and from the first call, the experience was positive. The representative I spoke with was professional and promptly scheduled an appointment. The technician arrived within a reasonable timeframe and resolved the issue efficiently. Charlie, the technician, was honest, addressed my concerns clearly, and helped me make an informed decision. In the end, my dryer was fixed, and I am very satisfied with the service. I would definitely use Benchmark Appliance again in the future.

  They are not open when they say they are open online. Called a couple days with no response. Take your business elsewhere

  I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH BENCHMARK APPLIANCES!!! AFTER MY FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING I WAS REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY AND IMMEDIATELY THEY CAME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM ...PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, AND ALSO UNDERSTANDING THE URGENCY OF MY SITUATION IS WHY I GIVE THEM 5 🌟 THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AFTER SERVICE TO ENSURE EVERYTHING WAS WELL. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF

  Initial meeting went well however that where the professionalism ended. Inspected my appliance, wrote up a receipt with work needed without an estimate. Happily charged me $150 dollars for 35mins of work and left. Reached out multiple time via phone and text message over the course of a week or so asking for an estimate in which I could provide to my insurance company, which I was told will happen after checking availability on replacements parts. Three days later still nothing. A quick google search and I was able to find the factory replacement parts myself, don’t understand what the issue was with finding them. Anyway sounds like this business just makes a profit off of quick 35min service calls, billing you 150 dollars and then ignoring numerous phone calls. Please read the other reviews on here as well stating that they have had the same issues.

  Love this place!!! Charlie came out and fixed our dryer! Professional and friendly!!! Gail, in the office, was helpful with scheduling! Would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs.
