    Went to buy mulch today and nobody was willing to help then came this short lady with glasses, very rude and dismissive. Next time Home Depot is my go to. Everyone is nice at Home Depot, very helpful.

    Absolutely useless staff. 4 people standing around, asked for help, no one could be bothered to end their personal conversation in the tool section to help me find a goddamn tool. One lady idk there’s lots of klein stuff and then she’s off the clock and walked away. Will not be spending any more money here ever again.

    Very silly - 2nd time now, associate at pick up booth decides that order is a "fraud", doesn't notify of cancellations or reasons, doesn't try to contact me, and order says "preparing" 12 hours later. I drove all the way to be told that me and my order is a fraud. I verified twice by looking at my driver license and my name is not "fraud". Lowe's have daily deals starting 3 AM every day but this particular Lowe's doesn't honor them - they have their own policy. They decide if too much of discount and if you deserve the item or not. Absurd. I have a gold status and bought thousands dollars worth of merchandise - cheating is a last thing on my mind. Never had any issues with other Lowe's, this one is special, I might need to reconsider "convenience of closest to me store" with "driving more but getting better customer experience". update next day: I got an email order is ready for pick up, 2 minutes later, order was returned. No explanation, no one contacted me. Real FRAUD is how come someone has authorization to return items w/out any notes to the owner? Another update - dear store owner, I reached out multiple times and being ignored. You are welcome to call me anytime.

    purchased a nightstand from Lowe’s website for about $370. When it arrived, the item was damaged, so I requested a return. Lowe’s sent a truck and picked up the item from my apartment on January 15 at approximately 9:55 AM. I no longer have the item, yet I still have not received my refund. It has now been almost two months. When I called customer service earlier this week, I was told they could see the item was received but the refund somehow was not processed in the system. I was promised someone would call me within 48 hours regarding the refund. That was Monday. Today is Friday and I still have not heard from anyone. When I called again today, I was told customer service could not help me and that a store would have to process the refund, even though the purchase was made online. I was transferred to a store and told they would have to check the back to see if the item was there and may not even get back to me today. This situation is unacceptable. Lowe’s has the item, yet I still cannot get my money back.
