The customer service at this location stinks. I need a replacement screen for my front door. I went to the Windows and Doors Department on September 1 where a guy named Erick took my information and said he would call the door company and then follow up with an estimate. He didn't. I returned to Lowe's on October 2 when a young woman helped me to order the screen and charged me about $90 for it. The screen was supposed to be ready by October 24. It wasn't. I tried to follow up on my order several times and finally spoke with Frankie on November 6. He informed me that the young woman who took my order and money didn't properly complete the order and the replacement part STILL had not been ordered. He assured me he would follow up and call me back. Almost a week later, take a wild guess whether he has or not. Save your money and heartache; find a local hardware store nearby where they will treat you like a human being.

I went to Lowe’s today when I got to the counter my card was having trouble the manger Christina came over very rude then was no help she acted as she owned the place or like I was a criminal. I asked for someone above her and she said she is the boss. I told her I will be contacting corporate over her attitude and her customer service very rude!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
