  Seamless, Christine was so amazing to work with. Knows the inventory and was spot on with what I was looking for and envisioned. Can’t begin to say how great it was to have her guide me through what I thought would be a stressful experience, she changed my perception.   Lesley is always amazing, at this point I do not even go to a competitor anymore to shop around because I know Lesley will satisfy my needs as a customer everytime. I did experience some displeasure with the finance aspect of my experience which caused me a 2nd trip to close out a deal. They use a new bank which seems to be causing a set of new problems. However from the sales and product side of things I am never disappointed 10/10

  You need to ask for Andrew Buckler! He was friendly and welcoming! He did not rush, was super patient with me, and helped me take advantage of the current promotion and leave with a brand new sofa and loveseat. His personality made shopping a lot less nerve-wracking and way more comfortable. I quickly realized how knowledgeable he is of all the futniture. The best service, matched the quality furniture. Shout-out to the girls at customer care too who from the moment I arrived made sure I got matched with Andrew to ensure I have a great experience.

  My Wife and I recently had a wonderful experience at Raymond & Flanigan, thanks to one of their exceptional employees. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Gary was very attentive and respectful he even went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase. We would definitely be back to shop with him and we recommend that when you get there please ask for him he is exceptional.
