  Above & Beyond Customer Service- Three Stores, One INCREDIBLE Team I am sending this email to share the amazing experience I had with World Market. In a time when customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this experience restored my faith in what it means to genuinely care for customers. I was on a quest to create a stairway gallery of photos from our recent wedding and my search for the perfect frames ended at World Market. The Antique Brass Metal Clad Wall Picture Frames were exceptional quality and I needed 15 of them. After visiting several stores in the Northern Virginia area, I was 6 picture frames short. What could have been a simple, "sorry we are out of stock" turned into something extraordinary. The Falls Church World Market associate took the time to search inventory and gave me the number for the White Marsh World Market store. Cynthia, the manager, personally searched inventory for a location that had all 6 of the discontinued frames I needed and connected me to the manager, Jonathan at the Paramus store. He checked his stock, carefully gathered the frames, and personally paid to have them shipped by FedEx to my local Falls Church store. Maggie, the manager at Falls Church, called me and confirmed they would be arriving on Friday. However, when I arrived the original order was lost. Maggie and Jonathan worked together to track down the package and get the order reshipped. This level of teamwork, communication, and ownership is rare. No one passed the problem along. No one made me feel inconvenient. Instead, Cynthia, Jonathan and Maggie treated my project -displaying our wedding photos- as something meaningful. Because of their efforts, I now have the beautiful gallery wall I envisioned, and it will always remind me not only of our wedding, but of the kindness and professionalism of your team.   John is super nice and helpful. All the other employees are helpful as well. Parking is within 20 feet of the door underground.

  No heat. It was colder in the store than it was outside. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.

  The world market is truly an international collection of products, especially items like snacks, cookies, candies, chocolates and drinks. I found some of my favorite products like British Maltesers, the pocky, Korean chips and Cocacola sodas from Asia. They also had so many other food products like popcorns, bake goods, maple syrups, tea, coffee, almost same as a grocery store. They also have a huge furniture, home goods, and Christmas products (ornaments, cookies, pies, decors) sections. All items are very organized. Though prices are a but higher since all are exported goods. We spent a long time strolling around the store. All the associates were very friendly, helping out customers with products and at the checkout.
